Jeffrey is a Professor, founder and general manager of Tokyo Tech's Online Education Development Office which produces MOOCs on edX in the TokyoTechX channel. He is interested in talking about MOOCs, open edX tools development, natural language processing of MOOCs, learning analytics, quantification of online course content, and MOOC quality. He welcomes collaborations on all topics above in order to advance learning and MOOC quality. He is also interested in talking about how educational content/ experiences are impacted by culture and traditions.
Jeffrey also manages a lab of 12 students doing research on AI in education, energy policy and biofuels in order to empower students to achieve their goals.
